Our Story
Formulate was founded by Peter DeMuth, a Certified Public Accountant and Workday consultant whose experience as a client and then as a leader in the Workday ecosystem revealed a market gap where small and mid-size organizations face complex technology challenges without proper guidance.
In 2024, Peter established Formulate to address this need. Based in the Mid-Atlantic, Formulate collaborates with finance, HR, payroll, IT, and security teams nationwide, providing innovative insights and practical experience in every engagement.
